About Me

Nicole Kruck, LMT graduated from the acclaimed Swedish Institute of Massage in New York City in 1997 with a primary focus in medical massage therapies. 

Since then, she has continued extensive training with leading specialists, including Dr. Rosita Arvigo, who pioneered The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy (R) in Belize. 
 
Nicole is certified in Women’s Health and Reproductive Care, specializing in Fertility Enhancement, Prenatal & Postpartum Massage , Abdominal Massage, and Infant Massage training.
 
In 2000 she became one of the first certified practitioners of Dr. Rosita Arvigo's Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy (R) bringing this ancient wisdom to the U.S. 
 
Nicole has published works in three books centered on women health which include: Making Babies, Sex Again, and Your Best Pregnancy. She has recently been featured in "O" Magazine as well as other magazine articles, TV, and high profile blogs.  In addition to her YinOva Center massage practice, Nicole teaches Maya Self-Care classes and other women's health-centered classes. Her newest love is teaching parents Infant Massage. 
Currently, Nicole just finished her Master's degree in Oriental Medicine. She is excited to blend her new knowledge to assist her clients in optimal healing.
